Expanding my comfort zone at the end of a wonderful year for Eclectic Tales®
We are reaching the end of 2025 and what a year it has been!
I’ve never really been one for social media, technology and I are only friends occasionaly. However, this year (with a lot of advice and help from family and friends), I think I’ve got the hang of it, sort of! In the space of a year I’ve got a subreddit (r/EclecticTales), a website, a YouTube channel (@EclecticTalesOfficial) and the newest addition, launched in November, an Instagram page (eclectictalesofficial)! You will find all these links here on EclecticTales.uk.
The Eclectic Tales® brand is growing, it’s still early days, but if you like what you see, I love feedback. Whether it’s an Amazon book review (currently I’ve written12 books to choose from-with more to come in 2026), or comments and likes on YouTube and Instagram. Followers are always welcome, and for anything else, there’s a direct way to message me on the Ask Susan page.
With Christmas approaching, it’s that time of year where we might smile at the Christmas lights as we go by, or turn off the car radio as it’s only playing Christmas songs (bah humbug!). However you feel about Christmas, it is the time of year for communication and presents.
2026 looks set to be a good year for me, with several new projects already underway. There’s a very special children’s book, the first part of a fantasy trilogy, and a few bonus books for The Bunny Basket Collection coming in 2026. Stay up to date with all the news, and look out for exclusive snippets and designs from all these projects in my upcoming blogs as 2026 unfolds.
I want to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas.
My Tai Chi teacher reminds us every week to smile and breathe. This is good advice, this time of year can bring joy, memories and anxiety. If we stop to smile and breathe, we can continue our day just that little bit calmer. Enjoy spending time with family and extended family, or avoiding them completely, whatever makes you happy at Christmas.
Merry Christmas from me and my family to all of you, and enjoy your new year.
Love Susan x
